Description
This is a pin-and-sleeve coupling with an aluminium alloy main body. By combining high-precision pins with Dry Metal (solid metal), the backlash has been reduced to an extremely low level. It permits angular misalignment up to 4°, features universal hub connections, and generates minimal shaft reaction forces due to installation errors. Furthermore, the sliding motion between pins and Dry Metal on the friction surfaces provides vibration-damping effects. Installation onto shafts is facilitated by a friction-based clamping mechanism, ensuring straightforward mounting.
