Description
This is a pin-and-sleeve coupling with an aluminium alloy main body. By combining high-precision pins with Dry Metal (solid metal), the backlash has been reduced to an extremely low level. Its compact design, which limits overall length, permits a permissible angular misalignment of 1°. The universal coupling method between hubs minimises shaft reaction forces caused by installation errors. Furthermore, the sliding motion between pins and Dry Metal on the friction surfaces provides vibration-damping effects. Utilising a friction-based clamping method for shaft mounting ensures exceptionally straightforward installation.
